在保(bao)證充(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)質量(liang)下,為(wei)達(da)到(dao)利用(yong)鳳礦尾(wei)(wei)砂(sha)(sha)及發(fa)電廠(chang)粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)替(ti)代或部分替(ti)代新橋硫鐵礦河砂(sha)(sha)、水(shui)泥以(yi)降(jiang)低充(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)成本目的(de),王(wang)新民(min)等通過對(dui)膠(jiao)結(jie)充(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)材料的(de)配比(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)驗研究(jiu),研究(jiu)結(jie)果:與(yu)不加粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)同(tong)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)砂(sha)(sha)比(bi)(bi)尾(wei)(wei)砂(sha)(sha)充(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)試(shi)(shi)塊(kuai)相比(bi)(bi),用(yong)粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)替(ti)代22.2%的(de)尾(wei)(wei)砂(sha)(sha)的(de)試(shi)(shi)塊(kuai)28d強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度提高(gao)了12.4%,而90d強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度則提高(gao)了81.2%;同(tong)等條件(jian)下,加粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)新尾(wei)(wei)砂(sha)(sha)試(shi)(shi)塊(kuai)比(bi)(bi)老尾(wei)(wei)砂(sha)(sha)試(shi)(shi)塊(kuai)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度提高(gao)30.6%~40%;新尾(wei)(wei)砂(sha)(sha)粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)為(wei)理想(xiang)配合,1:2:6配比(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)塊(kuai)28d強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度達(da)1.75 MPa,比(bi)(bi)不加粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)l:8尾(wei)(wei)砂(sha)(sha)充(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)體(ti)(ti)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度高(gao)出52.17%,而90d強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度則提高(gao)39.1%;粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)粉(fen)磨設備主要(yao)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)就是粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)粉(fen)磨。當與(yu)1:6河砂(sha)(sha)膠(jiao)結(jie)體(ti)(ti)試(shi)(shi)塊(kuai)相比(bi)(bi),28d和(he)90d強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度提高(gao)幅(fu)度高(gao)達(da)116%和(he)144%;粉(fen)磨灰(hui)(hui)(hui)尾(wei)(wei)砂(sha)(sha)膠(jiao)結(jie)充(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)可降(jiang)低試(shi)(shi)塊(kuai)泌(mi)水(shui)率,且在保(bao)證充(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)體(ti)(ti)質量(liang)的(de)前提下,可大幅(fu)度降(jiang)低充(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)成本。

在對充填(tian)集(ji)料主要力學性質和化學成分(fen)測定分(fen)析基礎(chu)上,張紹國等進(jin)行了允填(tian)材(cai)料配比(bi)試驗,得出主要的(de)技術參(can)數(shu):水泥:粉煤(mei)灰(hui):混(hun)合(he)集(ji)料(尾砂75%、跳汰(tai)砂25%)=l:2:6,漿體質量(liang)濃(nong)度為68%~70%,在該配比(bi)參(can)數(shu)下與現(xian)有(you)的(de)不加粉煤(mei)灰(hui)混(hun)合(he)集(ji)料膠結充填(tian)方案相(xiang)比(bi)可(ke)減少(shao)水泥消耗(hao)26%,節省充填(tian)材(cai)料費用(yong)10%左右,且(qie)有(you)效提(ti)高(gao)充填(tian)體的(de)后期強(qiang)度。
